In Ohio, if the court finds that you have disobeyed the court's order without justification, then it can fine you, and or order you to pay attorneys fees and or sentence you to jail. Often the court will sentence you to jail at a date in the near future but also state that you can avoid the jail term by complying with the order.
One defense you might have is that given your financial circumstances, compliance with the court's order is impossible. You would be wise to hire an attorney if you can to deal with this matter.
