Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
i was cited for possession of marijuana the officers did not find any on my persons they had collected dirt of the floorboard of my vehicle which they suspect to have minute traces of marijuana i had asked to see what they had collected and they failed to produce the samples they took from my vehicle is this legal
