Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
civil case
have to appear in court, being accused
of stealing 900.00 of items out of a
garage, but they have no proof i did it.
what do i do?

you first have to file an answer which is a denial of the complaint. You have to do that within 28 days of service of the complaint...you then go to trial and bring witnesses and evidence that helps you...
