Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Class C felonies
What constitutes a class c felony, what are the ramifications of pleading guilty to a class c felon, if you are on probabtion, what does that mean? What are you restricted from doing while on Probabtion. this pertains to a child support case I'm involved in.

Ohio does not have "CLASS C" felonies. I beleive that you are talking about a fourth or fifth degree felony. There is a presumption for probation and the goal in this instance the goal is to get the child support paid.
