Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My ex commited the crime of falsifying statements to police officers and the grand jury to have me indicted on false charges. This lead to a series of events that would not have taken place if she had not lied in the first place. Is there a way to present this to the courts attention?

You should not be asking LawGuru this question. This is serious stuff and you need to hire an attorney ASAP. The attorney will know the Ohio Rules of Evidence as well as Ohio Criminal Procedure. He/she can then submit documents to bring this to the court's attention. If you are trying to do this pro se I have but one more thing to tell you. To paraphrase: "[a person] who attempts to represent himself in court has a fool for a client."
