Complicity to commit forgery
What is complicity to commit Forgery? What is max. sentence? And is it a felony or misdemeanor? And what degree?

"Complicity" is best understood as "aiding and abetting" --- although that is not exactly right. One acts with complicity when you want the criminal venture to succeed, and then take some action to assist in the criminal venture. It is usually applied when the person charged did not do all of the criminal acts, but helped in some way.
Forgery is normally a felony, and complicy to forgery is the same level as the offense itself. I would need additional information to know for sure what level offense this is. It could be as low as a felony of the fifth degree, and as high as a felony of the second degree. In some cases, forgery can be a misdemeanor of the first degree.
No matter what level offense this is, it is a very serious offense. You should consult with an attorney in your community.
