Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
im confused
if you plea not guilty they can set a personal bond.
what is a personal bond? when you plea not guilty.

You are probably referring to a bond where you are released on "your own recognizance" or your "personal recognzance." This simply means that you are released on your promise to appear in court. Failure to appear is a separate criminal offense and is also a basis to revoke bond and issue a warrant for your arrest.
