Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Is consent a defense to battery in Ohio?
If a couple signs a prenuptial agreement giving the husband the right to physically punish his wife, even to the point of ''accidental permanent injury,'' is her consent a valid defense to a battery?

You need to contact an Ohio attorney but I can state that you can not wave that type of act. Criminal liability is not waveable in this type of situation.
