Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was convicted of 3 felonies (one 3rd degree, 2 5th degree) under one case, four years ago in the state of ohio. I had no prior criminal record and have had none since. There was no mandatory prison time, and probation was completed successfully. Am I eligible to expunge all three felonies?

Yes, IF the crimes you were convicted of are not "crimes of violence" (assault, domestic violence, agg. Robbery, etc.) or sex crimes.
You can file to seal the record 3 years from the date you were released from probation.
