Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was Convicted of a felony 5(breaking and entering, theft). i want to have my recortd sealed, in the state of Ohio. I have heard you have to wait 3 years after being released from probation, but i have also her that if you are under the age of 21 that it can automattically be sealed? i was 19 years of age when convicted. all i want to do is move on with my life. Can it be sealed automatically since i was under 21?

No, there is no automatic sealing and 21 years old has no relevance. As long as you are 18 you are an adult for criminal matters. (Except for underage drinking) You can request expungement one year after the court is no longer involved in your sentence. That is,one year after you are released from probation.
Be advised the expungement is not a slam dunk, especially since you were convicted of a felony. This is serious stuff which could prohibit you from EVER obtaining a good job. You need an attorney to advocate for you.
