Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was convicted of a 1st degree misdemeanor domestic violence in 2006. Can this be expunged??

In Ohio, the general rule is that convictions for crimes of violence cannot be expunged. However, you should examine your conviction carefully as often the matter gets plead down to a lower level (such as attempted domestic violence) which might be expungeable.
