Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Court Appointed Attorneys
If you have been assigned a court appointed attorney, how can you be sure that they are working for your best interests in a criminal manner? In addition, how can you find an attorney that may be willing to make payment arrangments for their services if you cannot pay a huge fee up front?

Re: Court Appointed Attorneys
You need to interview several attorneys before you hire - many, including myself, are willing to accept certain payment plans.

A court apointed attorney can be really good, or really bad. Many attorneys will arrange a payment of fees over the duration of the case. Feel free to contact me. 216. 227. 0900
