I was falsely arrested because my estranged wife was upset with me and reported our car stolen which is her name.The charge they brought on me is receiving stolen property. I bought the car,its my car.The case was dismissed last year and reopened.So now i'm being dragged through the system.i need help.She lives in Michigan and i live in ohio.

What a mess! It sounds like you are being charged with a felony offense of receiving stolen property (the car). Based on your information, you probably have a good defense to the charge, but you might have to go to trial to present that defense.

Anytime you are facing a felony charge (or any charge where jail is a possible outcome) I recommend you hire an attorney that you trust will look out for your best interests.
