Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
credit card use
my empolyer made me an authorized user on his amex card, i made purchases and now im no longer working for him, he has spoken with a detective and now they wanna talk to me about the use of the card. the card was in my name did i commit any crimes? can they charge me with anything? and do i have to go to the police department and speak with this detective? what should i do? evrything ive read and even ask the card company i have not done anything wrong. should i hire a lawyer?
