Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Credit for jailtime served
You were convicted of a felony and sentenced to x amount of time in prison, but prior to your conviction you severed x amount of time before being sentenced for the crime. Is the court required to apply the time that you've already served to your prison sentence?
