what is possible time for possesion of a narcotic drug? what if i have a warrent on top of that?
how much additional time is possible when i go to court?

It depends on the amount of drugs you have. Ohio law differentiates between having 6 pounds and 6 ounces. So you could do 1 year, you could do 5 years. It depends. Regarding the warrant, if the warrant is on this matter, it really won't have an affect as long as you show up... if it's on something else, you could be in trouble.
