Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Criminal Background
I was charged for passing bad checks (code 2913.11) in 2002 in Ohio. I was never arrested but local police department took my fingerprints and picture for the file. The case notes say that a BCI report was received. Does this mean if I get fingerprinted it will show on my record a previous criminal charge? My case disposition shows closed.

Re: Criminal Background
It will show that you were charged....and not convicted. And your prints and picture will be available.
