criminal and driving records
what forms do i need to get a driving record sealed? can a forth degree fellony of domestic violence be expunged or at least sealed from future employers access? (i have one misdomenor DV six years ago and one 15months ago) i was a alcholic and grabed my wife. since then i have went to a treatment program for alcohol and for anger managament i completed both programs.

Only someone who is a "first offender" can qualify to have his record sealed. Domestic violence offenses are never eligible to be sealed (the law changed a few years ago) and neither are traffic offenses eligible to be sealed.
