If a police searched your home with an illegal search warrant can you be arrested in the process for resisting a cop?

If the warrant is defective your remedy is to go to court. You can not lawfully resist the officer, unless he assaults you wihout provocation. I caution
that proving a lack of provocation is not easy.

Yes, even if it is an illegal issued search warrant you can still be arrested if you resist the police. If you have been charged for this please contact me to discuss your case. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
