Criminal Law Questions
Can an officer sit on private property to patrol (watch for offenders)? Can you be charged for Marijuana and Paraphenalia for a Marijuana Roach? Can an officer, while on duty, drive your car off the side of the road? Under what conditions can an officer search your vehicle?

Generally, they would need consent to search your vehicle or they may also do so if they first place you under arrest. Also, any items in "plain view" from outside the vehicle are fair game. The paraphenalia charge is probably in reference to the rolling paper.
