Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I dated a guy who lived with me for 3 years. I had the feeling he was cheating on me because I would always hear someone in my home and his behavior was suspect. I happen to watch some security footage and if I look closely enough, I can see someone else was in bed with us at night! I would engage in sex with my then boyfriend and the camera caught this person on the other side under blankets and pillows engaging in sex too and I had no idea. The camera footage was tampered with which is why it's almost unnoticed, but once you see it there is no denying it. Can I press charges on him for doing this for several weeks / months without my knowledge?

In Ohio, you could certainly go to the police with this, especially if you had the video, but I think they might have hard time believing that you could be having sex with a third person in the bed without your knowing about it.
