Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
days credited
a friend of mine was sentenced to serve time in 2000 for 12mons. and should have been given credit for 183 days and then in 2003 served 7 mons and credited for 183 days in which he was not given any of them now he is serving 15 months what can he do about getting the creit days he is to get and did not

He or an attorney can file with the sentencing court a motion to have that time counted as credit. The court can say no. Let me know if you want me to do this.
