Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was denied my conceal carry license because of a marihuana ticket that's ten years old . If I get it expunged will I be able to get my license?

The concealed carry statute requires that the Sheriff not consider any sealed records when making a determination on a CCW license. You should consult a lawyer to further review your options and make the appropriate motions for expungement and sealing of the records.
