Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Can one be denied employment from the federal government due to the participation in a preliminary diversion program?
I have successfully completed a diversion program to avoid being charged with three felonies of the 5th degree. I would like to apply for a government position in the aviation field and was wondering if the my record would prevent me from getting a job.
