Dismissal
Is it possible to have my case dismissed if I was arrested for the crime of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, on 5/13, but the date on the ticket states that the offense occurred on 5/14?

Not really...the judge will likely allow the prosecutor to amend the citation on the court record. I wouldn't hang your hat on the defense.
