dissmissed charges
i have about three dissmissed charges
but when i went to court they it was my forth or fith time having these charges can they use a dismissed charge against me like that

They may consider these dismissed charges for sentencing purposes. You need to be ready to explain why they are not relevant to any sentencing on a new charge.
