Am I able to do the Diversion program with out help from an attorney?

If it's a felony, you will have to be represented. If it's a misdemeanor, you will have a chance to talk directly to a prosecutor. Remember, if you cant afford a lawyer, just have one appointed. It's important to know what's really going on. Feel free to contact me directly. 216.952.1990
