I have been charged with felony theft and I have been offered the Diversion Program. I am to meet with the Prosecuting Attorney's office on Thurs. Will I be arrested when I arrive?

Re: Diversion Program
IF you've already been charged and are out on bond, then they will not arrest you. This is a diversion program and is intended on keeping you out of jail and without a conviction, so it's really important to get into the program and complete it perfectly...otherwise, prison awaits.
