diversion
when you are put on a diversion program and complete it without no more incidents, does it come completly off your record? the charge was grand theft of 1200.00.

Re: diversion
Once you have completed Diversion the court dismisses your case. It still appears on the record until you expunge it, and once it is expunged, it will not appear on your record to anyone except the FBI. Contact me directly if you want.
