Domestic Violence Charge
If the victim has pressed charges and the defendant has pled not guilty and been issued a court date, can the victim decide not to press charges or have them dropped?

On a domestic violence charge, once the state take on the prosecution, it is out of the hands of the "victim". The victim can make the case difficult for the prosecutor though by not showing up and not fully cooperating with the prosecutor.
