domestic violence what is a crime,emails,phone calls?

HI I emailed my ex never said anything threathing,,she even gave me another email address to keep her boyfriend from seeing it, also the phone calls i called her 13 times in one day no threats were made,,she even called me back later,,also i spoke to her ex,hus wife and asked her if mike her ex had to do to keep the relationship alive with my ex no tallk was ever said about threats,,she even said its ok to call back anytime,,,,These are the three counts against me,so the charges are emails,,phone calls,,talking to her ex husbands wife,,What evidence does she have to prove,,thanks,,jerry

Even though you made no threats, your calls could be seen as harassment...credibility of all witnesses critical.
