Domestic Violence/Assult Charges
I would like know what can happen to an 18 year old boy charged with domestic violence and assult against his mom?

At 18 years old he is not a boy under the law. He will be (or should be) in the adult court. He will be facing anywhere from a lo-level misdemeanor to a mid-range felony depending on the facts of the case and his history. He could serve prison time, County Jail time or just probation. Thats all I can really tell you with what you've given me.
