From you question it is impossible to know who it was that assaulted your child. Was it the bus driver? If so, you should be talking about an assault charge, not child endangering.

If it was not the bus driver, then you should ask yourself what it was that the bus drive did (or failed to do) that constituted child endangering. Did the bus driver encourge the others to assault your child? Did the bus driver assist in any way?

Finally, did your child do anything to prompt this attack, or was it an unprovoked attack? If your child did nothing to prompt this assault, then you should go back to the prosecutor and/or the police, explain your concerns, and listen to what he or she has to say about whether charges are appropriate.

Get copies of the pictures of your son's face. Also get copies of all the medical information regarding it.
