Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
drivers license
My cousin was charged with assault for fighting when she was 17. Her sentence included drivers license suspention indefinitely. She is now 29 and still doesnt have her license. Is this legal or did she just misunderstand her sentence? Her charge had nothing to do with a vehicle.

Re: drivers license
Hello,
Based on the facts that you gave me this appears to be a strange situation. I do not understand why they would take her license away and why she cannot get a new one.
I am actually assisting a client right now with a situation similar to your own.
Feel free to contact me for a free consultation. I would love to help in any way that I can.
Have a great day.
