Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was driving with my friend, the police pulledus over and arrested him for somthing I had under his seat (although it was my car). He got charged and they let me go even though I continually told them it was mine and not his. Once he goes to court will the charges be dropped if i go on the stand and say that it was mine? and will they then charge me?
