dropping charges
if an indivual files chareges and those charges are a felony can they be dropped?

Re: dropping charges
It depends on the nature of the crime. For example, once the state picks up a domestic violence case, they usuaaly prosecute it regardless of whether the victim wants them to or not. A theft case may be different.
