dropping charges
Is there anyway to have charges against a person after the appointed court date and punishment has been received. (charges were filed by police)

Re: dropping charges
Once the penalty has been meted out it is too late to drop the charges. Further, once charges are filed it is up to the prosecutor to drop them.
