Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
drug crimes
I receved indictments after a grand jury trial for possession of crack cocaine. However i for sure possessed cocaine is there a possibility of error?

The fact that you were indicted does not mean that you are guilty. Unfortunately, there are people who get indicted for things that they did not do. If you know that you did not possess Cocaine, then there was a "mistake" but that does not mean that the police or prosecutor are going to believe you.
