drug parafanalia
what is the penalty that can be assesed if my car was searched because of someone else and they found a bowl (the kind used to smoke marijuana) that wasn't mine?

They can charge you with possession of drug parphenalia and/or drug abuse if any residue is found in the bowl. Your car can also be towed and they may attempt a seizure. These things may or may not happen, depending on the facts of the case.
