Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
drug paraphernalia
If you are a passenger in a car with a person who has drug paraphernalia in their glove box and is charged with that, can they charge you with that too when you had nothing to do with it or no knowledge of it being there?

Re: drug paraphernalia
Being charged and being convicted are two different concepts. The police can charge you with anything, but there may not be sufficient evidence to convict. Consult your criminal attorney about this case.
