Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
drug possession
city detective had a legal search warrant to search my house and out building and cars entitled in my name. they found a truck parked down the alley with my purse and i.d. in it with my cell phone. the obtained a different search warrant for it. it was not my vehicle nor was it entitled in my name. nobody even seen me get out of or around that vehicle. the found 2 ounces of crack cocaine in the pocket book and charged me with it. is this legal. thanks.

Doesn't sound legal at all. I would have to see the search warrant affidavits that convinced the Judge to give order the search.
