drug trafficing
what are the chances of a person being convicted of trafficing drugs if there weren't any drugs found on them, but in the house they were in and another person said that the drugs belong to the person.

You can be found guilty of trafficking if it APPEARS as though the drugs found were packaged in such a way as they were going to be sold.
There are other ways such as you intended to sell, but they busted in before you had a chance.
