dui charge
is jail time mandatory, with a dui conviction, 2nd offense under 21, bac reading of .057 with speeding, 1st offense age 16, no accident or injury.

Your BAC is under the legal limit. You should fight this. In this type of case, a lawyer can be very helpful. It is not a clear cut case. Yes, if you are over 18, you are now facing mandatory jail time. There are alternatives that can somtimes be worked out. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions.
