Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Early out for good behavior
My son has heard of a program here in Ohio that allows
him 3 days credit deducted from his sentence for each
month he maintains minimum security status. How do I
find out more? He gave me this info: Pursuant to
Section 5120-2-07 of the Revised Code. Also Codes
5120-3-02 and 5120-3-07 and Section 2967.193. But I
don't know where to look.

Re: Early out for good behavior
GO to your local law library and ask a worker to show you where the Ohio Revised Code and OHio Administrative Code books are.(They are usually red or dark blue) FInd books 29 and 51. The code sections are in order. THe code sections you gave (5120-2-07) might be OHio Administrative Codes, found in the OAC (OHio Administrative Code Books.
