These are very serious issues that you are facing, and a lot will depend on the Judge, the Prosecutor and the arresting officer in your case. You should not even think about trying to do this alone. You need a competent criminal defense attorney in your area to help you. If you do no have an attorney already, call the local bar association attorney referral service immediately. This set of circumstances could land you in prison, and the longer you delay the more likely that you will have problems.
