Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
employee theft
my 18 year old daughter is being accused at her place of employment of stealing money. she was not the only one using the cash drawer, but they are kind of singling her out. shes been employed for 2 years. should she quit? should i get legal help? should i talk to her employers? shes never done anything in her life. the store uses video.

Someone should write a letter and no way should she quit before she is exonerated.

Are they threatening to prosecute her criminally? What are they basing their allegations on? What is the amount they are claiming that she took? Ask your self these questions first. SHe should not quit if she has not done anything wrong unless they have made her work environment unbearable.
