Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Employer keeps calling
My employer let me go about a month ago because he said his daugheter couldn't work with me. I filed for unemployement and now he keeps calling me saying there is money missing. I didn't take any money, but he says he can take me to court over it. Is this true?

Re: Employer keeps calling
Tell him you didn't take anything and go ahead and take you to court if he chooses. Since he had no cause to fire you, you should be able to get your unemployment. If he continues to harass you and impairs your reputation and/or your ability to get another job, you can sue him. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
