What is an employer's legal obligation when it is discovered that an employee has an outstanding arrest warrant?

Technically if it can be shown that you have knowledge of the warrant, you may be considered an accessory to the crime or obstructing official business. Contact your attorney for the business for the best way to resolve the situation.
