Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I need an espongement filing form
I have a case that I would like to get esponged off my record, I an looking for an espongement legal form to file at the courthouse. Please advise me of the procedure to doing this. The date of this incident was 04/13/1987.
Please advise the procedure and suggest how I can go about doing this myself.

Expungement... There are no forms, you will need a lawyer in most courts. The conviction you want expunged needs to be the only conviction since you were 18. If so, call me if you like - 216.952.1990
