Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Enough evidence?
My boyfriend was arrested for felony2 burglary. The evidence they have against him is his finger prints were found on the seal of 2 windows to 2 different apartments in an apartment complex that was burglarized. Is this alone enough evidence to indite him on? And if he is sent to trial do you believe that he should plead out or fight it?

Re: Enough evidence?
Your friend needs an experienced crimnal law attorney. His fingerprints on the window could be enough to get him indicted. Should he fight it? He should talk to an attorney about this. He should not talk to anyone, including you, until he talks to an attorney. Anyone he talks to other than an attorney can be called as a witness and asked about any conversations.
Good Luck
